Rep Fitness Products Warranty and Returns
Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any errors or damages.
Damaged Product Received - All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for one year from invoice date. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website's product page. *Important Note for International Shipments Besides Canada- Items are warrantied to be free from defect upon receipt, but no other warranty is given due to high shipping costs.
Unsatisfied with Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require you to contact us first to get a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for refund requests. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to Rep Fitness, LLC are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges unless a product is defective.
Climbing Ropes - We carry climbing ropes that are made and shipped from MuscleDriver (MDUSA). MDUSA does not accept returns on ropes. - no exceptions. This is their policy, so it applies to all of their ropes sold through Rep Fitness.
International Orders - We do not warranty any products sold internationally. This includes products shipped dometiscally to freight forwarders.
