Warranty and Returns
Our #1 priority is ensuring you are happy with your purchase from us. If that doesn't happen, we have fair policies to help take care of you.
Incorrect Item Received - If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can ship the proper items to you and give you instructions on returning any incorrect products.
Damaged Product Received - All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 30 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written or implied exists unless noted on the website's product page. Many products include longer warranties, as described on the product page.
Unsatisfied with Product - You may return/exchange an unused item in new/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. All items must include original packaging. Any shipping charges that were incurred on the order are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs back to Rep Fitness are the responsibility of the customer.
