What I like best about REP:
What I like most about REP is the people first aspect. First, pertaining to the role itself
as a CSR, we are here to help people with what they need and that is the number one
priority. Second would be the people I have already had the opportunity to meet
through my interviews. Everyone seems very friendly, knowledgeable and always ready
to lend a helping hand. Last is that there an emphasis on life-work balance and that is
crucial in this day and age.

My favorite thing to do when I’m not working:
My favorite things to do when I am not working are playing flag football, coaching my
son's sports and hanging out with my partner. I had the opportunity to play football in
college and have played competitive flag football for over 12 years now. I play locally as
well as nationally. My son will be starting a new and more competitive flag league this
upcoming season, and we are both very excited.

My favorite exercise/movement:
My favorite exercises or movements would be squats and the power clean. Squats
because they are challenging and require a great deal of form and focus to move
immense loads. Power cleans to me are the ultimate measure of strength and again
another very technical movement where the finest details matter.

My least favorite:
My least favorite movement would be shoulder presses. I have delicate shoulders so any
shoulder pushing movement is not fun.

Fun fact about me:
A fun fact about my younger days is that I was a cheerleader when I was back in high
school. A current fun fact about me is I have recently become very involved and very
good at bowling.

What I like best about REP:
That they started out in Colorado. They’ve also innovated home gym training, you get access to every machine/movement pattern, with equipment you can care for and keep long term. Plus most of it is compact/space-conscious and you’ll never have to wait for a machine like you would at a public gym. Plus the company seems pretty awesome, even the work environment seems like a great place too.

My favorite thing to do when I’m not working:
Usually spend most my time at the gym. Some honorable mentions would be snowboarding, paddle boarding, watching anime, making music, or playing Pokemon games.

Chest Supported T-Bar Row.

Hip Thrust – Kind of just bored of training glutes in general despite it being my strongest lift.

I use to do live shows as a rapper in Denver. I opened for a rap group called “MayDay!”. They’re signed to Tech N9ne’s record label, their manager was impressed with my performance and wanted to met up to discuss a potential record deal. However, since I was still unknown the deal didn’t seem beneficial and thus didn’t happen.

I like to stay active and keep busy! I love anything outdoors or movement-focused — Solidcore, skiing, hiking, climbing, biking (currently training for my first race), roller skating, walking around my neighborhood, live shows, or time at the gym. I also enjoy sharing these adventures on social when I can. When I’m in a more creative/homey mood, I love designing and making my own clothing and crafts, sometimes creating custom pieces/alterations for friends. I also enjoy contract work that connects people with brands so I also take on brand field promotions and modeling projects for active brands. I also cat-sit through Rover, but honestly, I’d do it for free. I just consider the payment a bonus for hanging out and playing with cats.

I love good combo moves that optimize time and knockout two muscle groups — so a squat to shoulder press or an arm to-leg extension crunch are my go-to moves.

My least favorite:
I despise Bulgarian split squats with a passion but love the burn, so I have to force myself to do them.

I'm certified to scuba dive in open water despite not knowing how to swim (well). The first time I ditched a life preserver while swimming in the ocean was maybe three years ago.
