Incorrect and/or Damaged Product Received
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you.
If you are receiving freight, ensure that you read the freight guidelines.
Please contact us via email at email@example.com. Please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items.
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. **Any clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.
All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a return authorization.
There is a 15% restocking fee for items that are used and not in their original packaging. Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours, depending on your card issuer's policies.
With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your total refund.
*Barbells: Barbell warranties apply to defects affecting the performance of the bar, such as bending, collar spin, knurling defects, or problems with the coating affecting the performance of the bar. Warranty covering bending does not cover dropping it on a box/bench/spotter arms/pins on power rack.*
All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for one year from invoice date, unless noted on the website's specific product page. No other warranty, written or implied, exists.
**We do not warranty any products outside of the lower 48 United States for any reason. This includes products shipped domestically to freight forwarders.
Warranties on products not manufactured by Rep Fitness will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
