REP Fitness will warranty these products from defects in material, functionlaity, and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. "Lifetime" warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in material or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to basic barbell maintenance. NOTE: The warranty policy does not apply to any products that leave the lower 48 states.
The privisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, to the maximum extent allowed by law, all other warranties, including but not limited to express warranty, implied warranty, warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and warranty of non-infringement of intellectual property, are expressly excluded to the maximum extent.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received:
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you. If you are receiving freight, ensure that you read the freight guidelines. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to address these issues. In the email, please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos or videos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items. Photos/videos are required to process a return or refund for the item(s) in question.
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for items that are used and not in their original packaging. Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return. **ALL clearance items are final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.**
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours of that initiation process depending on your card issuer's policies.
With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
