Why Choose Rep Fitness Kettlebells?
- Superior manufacturing methods. Single-cast gravity casting is a cutting-edge technique which results in kettlebells that are much higher quality than their sand-casted cousins. The casting process ensures that each kettlebell is extremely well made, with perfectly flat bases for pushups and no wobbling, smooth handles, and an overall excellent finish.
- Best coating. The coating on kettlebells can vary from shiny and slick, to a hammertone finish similar to a barbell plate. We think our matte black textured finish is the best coating for kettlebells because it won't cause you grip to slip (important while swinging a weight around anywhere) and yet it won't tear up your hands. It holds chalk very well, but isn't necessary unless you're sweating.
Color coded handles according to international kettlebell standards allows for an instructor to easily spot which kettlebells their clients are using, and an individual to grab the weight they want the first time. They look great too!
Why Kettlebell Exercises?
Increased strength, power, grip, and improved cardiovascular ability. There is very little like a kettlebell for a go to complete workout. Kettlebells allow you to combine cardiovascular training with weight training into ballistic movements that strengthens your body in new ways. Absorbing and slowing down the force of the kettlebell when you swing it is one way. Keeping your balance and using stablizer muscles when the kettlebell is in one hand is another. The kettlebell swing is one of the best ways to build strength and endurance with the posterior chain, and not to mention they are fun!
