Yes! We now have Local Pickup available at our Denver, CO AND our Carlisle, PA warehouses. Please visit our Local Pickup Page for more details.
How do I schedule my local pickup?
You can schedule your local pickup appointment in Denver by clicking here, or in Pennsylvania by clicking here (existing order required). You can also check your confirmation email for a booking link.
Is same-day pick up available?
Due to high demand, we will not be able to accommodate same-day pickups.
Can I pick up my order without an appointment?
No – orders are pulled from our warehouse and prepared for pickup based on appointments. If you show up without an appointment, our Local Pick Up team will turn you away.
When can I make my local pickup appointment?
You can schedule your pickup appointment immediately after purchase. You do not need to wait for a confirmation email stating your order is ready before scheduling. If your emailed order confirmation says your order is "processing" you can still go ahead and schedule your appointment!
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have 30 days from the day the order is placed. Any orders not picked up after 30 days will be cancelled and refunded.
How do I add an order to my existing appointment?
Please give us 24 hours notice to add any additional orders to a previously scheduled appointment. Our team prepares orders the night before, so if you place an order the day of your appointment, we may not be able to get it ready in time.
What if I miss my appointment?
Any missed appointments will result in a cancellation and refund to your original payment method. If you are unable to make your appointment, please reach out to us ahead of time or reschedule through your appointment confirmation email.
What is your local pickup address?
Colorado pickup location is at our Denver headquarters located at 601 E 64th Ave, Unit C-100, Denver, CO 80229.
Pennsylvania pickup is at our Carlise warehouse located at 1700 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17015.
Can I have a friend or family member pick up my order?
Yes, please email us ahead of time to let us know who will be picking up your order.
Is your showroom open?
Due to the effects of COVID-19 our showroom is currently closed. Our reopening date is TBD dependent upon our ability to maintain inventory as well as manage our environment safely around COVID-19.
Where should I park when I pick up locally?
Dedicated pickup parking and instructions are located on the left side of our building as you enter our parking lot. If you have a pick-up appointment, you will need to pull into one of the parking spots on the southeast corner of the building. A representative will let you know when you can pull onto the ramp to receive your order.
If shipping is free, why should I pick up locally?

Why don't I see a local pickup option for my order?
