rep hq

At REP, we don’t just make gym equipment. We use it, too. We are a team of fitness and strength-sport enthusiasts who want to spread our passion for the gym – and a peek inside our Colorado headquarters is evidence of that. We are the real deal.

REP was founded in Colorado, and that remains our home base. You can view our full history here. It's only fitting for one of the fittest fitness companies to be located in the fittest state in the country. (Say that 10 times fast...).

In 2022, REP moved all its offices to a new, state-of-the-art headquarters right outside of Denver. The new space comes with a fresh, new staff gym, research and development space, and offices with sprawling views of the Rocky Mountains – our founders’ muse from day one, a design you can see cut into many of REP’s products.

Our workspaces are designed to encourage creativity, with open floor plans, as well as individual offices; numerous meeting rooms; and various in-house photo and video studios, including a mock garage gym.

Of course, the heart of the REP HQ is our employee gym – with all our favorite REP equipment. We’re talking six rack powerlifting areas, a weightlifting area with three platforms, a functional fitness space, turf strip, commercial lifting equipment area, and even some cardio sections. Oh, and a basketball hoop because it’s fun to dunk on your coworkers.

Beyond the gym, the locker rooms are spacious, with showering stations and a special area for nursing moms. You’d expect nothing less than the best gym ever from a company whose mission is to, well, equip the best gyms ever.

REP’s employee kitchen is a far cry from the typical dingy breakrooms that smell like microwave dinners, too. We have a fully equipped, large, open kitchen and dining area with oversized, floor-to-ceiling windows, free protein powder, tons of different kinds of coffee, and an ever-rotating assortment of healthy snacks. You may also find us hanging around the food trucks that occasionally park outside as we enjoy those blue skies Colorado is known for (and soak in some vitamin D).

And our HQ is just the beginning of it. We aren’t just an online store. We are proud to offer multiple showrooms (in California and Pennsylvania) where you can try our equipment yourself to see why we’re one of the fastest-growing companies in our industry. We also prioritize helping others – both with our REP Gives Back charity initiatives and by partnering with reputable programming partners to provide the full range of support for lifters, from newbies to pros.

We’re honored to admit we’re making a meaningful mark, too. Just check out our patents, trademarks, and many awards. And catch us at fitness gatherings around the globe, including the Arnold Sports Festival. We love meeting other likeminded people and helping them build the gym (and the body/mind/life) of their dreams.

Bottom line: REP HQ is an incredible place to work. We don’t just design and sell gym equipment. We use it. We live this.

*REP HQ is not a showroom and is not open to the public. If you'd like to enjoy all it has to offer, then check out our open positions here.
