Ultra-Stable Power Rack With Lat Pulldown
Power racks with pulley systems are one of the most sought-after pieces of strength training equipment for home gyms. The Lat/Low Row Attachment transforms the humble squat rack into a high-end power cage, giving you access to dozens of new training options. And because the attachment installs seamlessly within the rack’s fram, it adds a ton of function without taking up much space.
Integrating functional bodybuilding movements like lat pulldowns, tricep extensions, and cable rows are a great way to round out your training. You can also use this system for sport-specific movements like swings, or strengthen core and rotational movements. Include these movements in your regular training to prevent injury, build stabilizing muscle groups, and address any imbalances.
Pair this power cage with lat pulldown accessories to get a total body workout. Choose from more than a dozen attachments to create the perfect workout routine. The Performance Package includes multi-grip curl bar, tricep rope, straight bar, ankle cuff, and sports handle (ideal for gold/baseball training). The Pro Series Package includes straight bar, lat bar, neutral grip lat bar, triangle attachment, and D handle.
We know how important stability is when training. The PR-5000 V2 features a unique stabilizer tying the pulley system to the rack. This anchors the Lat Low Row attachment and foot plate while removing the need to bolt the unit down. The stabilized foot plate helps brace your legs during low row movements.
The PR-5000 V2 is available for 80” and 93” uprights, but are not compatible with each other. If you order an 80” power rack, you must use the 80” lat pulldown attachment and vice versa. Currently no lat/low row attachment is available for our 100” uprights

How to Assemble PR-5000 V2 Power Rack with Pulley System

BEST HEAVY DUTY CUSTOMIZABLE POWER RACK
Build muscle and reach your training goals with this endlessly customizable power cage from REP Fitness. Upgrade your power rack with safety bars, strap bar catchers, multi grip pull up bar, and more.
Leg Rollers are used for building lower body strength with movements like Bulgarian split squats, single-leg squats, hip bridges, and lunges. The roller also serves as an anchor point while doing seated lat pulls.
Dip Bars let you target your upper body with dips, weighted dips, extended range of motion push ups, even rows. Use dip bars to also strengthen your core with static holds, L-sits, leg raises, or crunches.
Pullup Bars are available in 1.25” or 2” standard straight chin up bars, mutli-grip bars, or globe grips. Pullup bars are great for strengthening the shoulders, back, and core. Add a set of elastic bands for mobility and accessory work.
Band Pegs add band resistance to your barbell workouts. They’re also great for mobility or resistance exercises. Includes a set of 4.
The Landmine attachment adds new shoulder, core, and leg exercises into your training. The Landmine attachment lets you anchor your barbell to your squat rack with a weight on the other end. This lets you vertical and horizontal movements, adding a new range of shoulder, core, and leg exercises to your training.
Long-lasting Urethane Coated Weight Horns protect your plates. The 12" size is perfect for Olympic weights and bumper plates. For iron and change plates under 10 lbs., we recommend the 6” size.
The Front Foot Extension adds stability for training on the outside of the rack without bolting the rig down. This lets you add spotter arms while having dedicated setups for bench press and squats without changing J-cup or safety bar height.
24" Spotter Arms with protective plastic liners catch those missed reps while keeping your barbell and rig happy. (NOTE: Rack MUST be bolted down or have our Front Foot Extension installed.)
Flip-Down Safeties with protective plastic liners fit inside the rack to catch missed lifts and provide an extra pulling platform to use.
Pin-Pipe Safeties are a simple and reliable way to protect yourself while strength training. Available in 30” and 41” depth. Make sure to choose the correct depth for your rack!
Rounded Sandwich J-cups provide full protection of your precious barbell and a secure, stable resting point. Dual-lock wraparound design means these cups won’t quit, no matter how hard you go.
Flat Sandwich J-cups are fully protected to prevent metal-on-metal contact while providing a generous opening for oversized bars.
Lowered J-cups give you 1" hole spacing on the uprights. This is done by holding your bar 1" lower than our standard or flat-sandwich J-cups. You must have a pair of standard or flat-sandwich J-cups with the lowered J-cup pair to achieve this effect.
